New Agreement Brings Equal Pay And Bonuses

USWNT Wins Big in CBA

New Agreement Brings Equal Pay and Bonuses

Landmark Deal Benefits Women's Soccer

The United States Women's National Soccer Team (USWNT) has secured a historic collective bargaining agreement (CBA) that brings them closer to equal pay with their male counterparts.

Under the new CBA, the USWNT will receive $325 million for their knockout round exit and $3,000 for each sponsor appearance, which is less than the $3,750 earned by the men's team. However, the agreement also includes provisions for increased prize money in future tournaments.

The agreement is the culmination of years of negotiations between the U.S. Soccer Federation and the USWNT Players Association. The players had previously filed a lawsuit against U.S. Soccer, alleging gender discrimination in pay and working conditions.

The new CBA is a major victory for the USWNT and for women's soccer in general. It shows that women are willing to fight for what they deserve and that they are making progress in the fight for equality.
